Hahaha. I have just arrived home after attending wedding party of Tomy Widjaja and Chyntia Ang. Well, let me state this clearly and dramatically: THIS IS MOST AWESOME WEDDING PARTY I'VE EVER ATTENDED!
You know what, what makes this wedding party special? Well, it was held tonight at Selecta Royal Ballroom, the place where my Buddhist name is endowed to me and the place where our school farewell party is held. So far, three of them is an awesome party and events that has changed (influenced) me somehow. Selecta (I'm not sure, but maybe) is known for their professionalism in organizing such events so that the party went very good and smooth.
Let's start with the MC of the party itself. I already forgotten his name, but one thing I really notice from this guy is his language. Usually at the "so-so" wedding party I've ever attended, the MC always use Bahasa Indonesia first, then Mandarin. However, one thing that really make me "WHAT!?" in his appearance is that he used Bahasa Indonesia first, then ENGLISH! Walao! I'm very suprised! This is the first time I saw a wedding party MC speaking English to the audience! And not only that, the ENGLISH he spoken is damn fluent and clear. So professional. Four thumbs up for the MC! Well done!
Next is the stage and overall decoration of the ballroom. I must admit that the decoration is very professional as well. All the decoration is in 1 single theme. Judging from what I saw, I think the theme might be "Winter". Since, there is many ice and snow decoration starting front the receptionist until the stage. It's beautiful! Moreover, the stage also features drum, keyboard, organ, violin, guitar and a WHITE GRAND PIANO. I.... am..... Speechless..... Too amazing! Hahaha.

White grand piano with its pianist and the person beside is playing violinOkay, let me ask you this first. What does usually wedding party offer when the audience were eating? Well, you might answer like this: karaoke songs? dances? lucky draw?
Right, you are damn right. These are the stuff that occur in a "so-so" wedding party. However, I really grateful that I present on the party because most of the performance are performed by Era Musika teachers!!! Again, I prefer watching the performance to eating, which is occured very very rare!! Let me give you some performance that could stop me from eating: Exodus and Cubana (performed originally by Maksim) by Era Musika instrumental teacher, Broadway songs (somebody ever heard the song: Tonight? or Phantom of the Opera?) by Era Musika vocal teacher, Pop songs by Methodist 2 choir (4 thumbs up man!) etc. The occurence of chinese song vs western song is dominated by western songs! I think that is why I love this party. Hahaha.
I really love the performance, as we are watching a FREE CONCERT! Very professional performers are featured! (Of course, I think for the pianist performing in this party, they still could NOT beat NUS Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music students. But, Well done! I still love it! Hahaha.) Walao! Very nice! This is very very very memorable compared to boring old Chinese song that is brought by some old fashioned oldies (Well, this is what I think. Please respect my opinion. Hahaha) in the wedding party. In a usual wedding party, I usually prefer to eat rather than listening to those old songs. Yahhh.. Ain't my taste, buddy. Hahaha. But, I think the middle-aged audience might find it interesting. Hahaha.
Next, hmm.. I think I would like to comment on the last song they performed for us. Well, guess what? It is my favourite song! That's why when my family is about to leave, I told them all to sit down again because I want to listen to the song. Hahahaha. It is a veryyyyyyyyyy niceeeeeeee song brought by a veryyyyyy proooooo choir! hahaha. Okay, let me let the cat out of the bag, it is "Shou Qian Shou". Hahahaha.
Hahaha. That's all. Ohya, one interesting thing again. As soon as I opened my blogger dashboard, suddenly I noticed that Mr. Johan Rusli, my former physics tutor in Johnson Bimbel has also posted something about wedding party also in his blog. Hahaha. What a coincidence. hahaha.
Eh wait, one more thing to add. The MC also said an interesting stuff. He said that age is just a number which represent nothing. Hahaha. Well, this quote somehow inspires me to learn piano! I really want to play piano, but my mind is always full of busy schedule. I hope age is not a barrier as the MC state. I hope the MC is right. Hahaha.
