It’s been a long way

Man, I really love the series “How I Met Your Mother”. Taking a theme of friendship between a group of five individuals, the stories could evoke a very sensible and motivating feeling. I always love how Ted told his kids about his stories of his amazing life. Let me quote him here,

“And kids, Marshall was right. I didn't give up on my dream house, because that's the thing about stupid decisions - we all make them, but time is funny and sometimes a little magical. It can take a stupid decision, and turn it into something else entirely. Because kids, as you know, that house...is this house.”

It’s funny, isn’t it? Because Ted’s view of life often resonated so well with me that I enjoyed listening to him so much. It was amazing to see how friendship between him and his peers could put him through all the adversities in a very sensible and realistic way (You know, this series is not like your typical-fairytale-Hollywood stuffs).

I will take a morning walk around my campus tomorrow to contemplate for these stuffs and attempt to take it into a deeper level of appreciation and understanding.

Man, it’s been a long way since the start of my tertiary education. It has been a hell of painful and amazing journeys. And it all actually begin with one individual that I met very early on my university life. She changed my life.
